We will not accept returns, ALL products are FINAL sale due to sanitary purposes nor do we do exchanges. 

Once an order is placed it is already being processed, therefore we unfortunately do not allow orders to be cancelled once the order is placed. 

If the item for some reason arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible along with proof of the item being damage. Then we would consider replacing, or giving you store credit only if you contact us within 2 days of receiving your package.
